Services: The Estill/Powell Local ASAP Board meets bi-monthly. This allows the members to share information and collaborate on prevention and treatment planning initiatives, existing and potential funding sources, and share evaluation result of agency programs and services. Mini-grants are also available for local education and prevention projects.
