The project scope includes construction of a new 4,800 square foot bus garage to include two service bays and covered exterior wash bay with associated storage space, reception and office spaces including a training room.
A complete bid package (hard copy set) is available for a refundable deposit of $150.00 per set payable to RossTarrant Architects. A maximum of two sets may be ordered on refundable deposit. We must receive a check for this amount. Additional sets are a purchase of $150.00 or a download is available for purchase of $112.50 using your established Lynn Account or by using your credit card online. UPS Ground fee is $25.00. Existing plan holders will be notified by email upon the release of any addenda and links will be available for downloading/viewing. Failure to order bid sets through Lynn Imaging and not being on the plan holders list will prevent you from receiving the notification and being able to view the addenda.
