    Under the guidance of Kentucky Governor, Andy Beshear, Estill County Schools will be delaying “in-person” classes until September 28, 2020. School will begin as scheduled on August 24, 2020. Students who have already signed up for full time remote learning will continue as planned. Nothing has changed. Students who requested A/B schedule (2 days in person/3 days remote) will now be on non traditional instruction working from home 5 days a week until “in-person” classes resume. Teachers will be facilitating both instruction delivery models each day.

    Schools will communicate additional information regarding the beginning of school activities by Friday, August 14. We are disappointed that we can’t begin “in-person” classes on August 24, but we understand we all must do our part to keep our school community a safe place to work and learn. We are asking that everyone be patient with us as we continue to offer the best educational programs for our students during this unprecedented time. If you have questions, please contact your child’s school.

Services:WestCare is an outpatient substance abuse facility. We provide many different services including; anger management class, parenting class, outpatient group and individual counseling, drug screening and MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) group. We also have 4 sober living apartments and a Teleworks work station, which consist of 4 computer based work stations.

Services: The Ridge is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, as a licensed, 110-bed hospital, providing psychiatric (mental health) and chemical dependency(drug & alcohol rehabilitation) services to children, adolescents and adults. Inpatient care is provided on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week. Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are provided on a six-day per week basis, days and evenings.
