Estill County schools is glad to announce an opportunity for our students ages 12 and up to receive the Pfizer Covid Vaccine. The Estill County Health Department will be providing this service at our Middle and High School next week on Thursday, May 20th. The FDA recently approved this vaccine for children ages 12 and up.
As the end of school is fast approaching, we have a quick turnaround time. Parents will need to have the Covid Permission form returned to their respective schools no later than 9am on Tuesday, May 18th.
Students will require a second dose around June 10th and will be provided at a school location which will be announced later. Parents may need to assist in bringing students at that time. If transportation would be an issue, please contact the schools at that time.
